Welcome to our new vacation home in Destin Florida. We recently purchased this three-bedroom, three-bath condo in the new (opened May, 2001) Majestic Sun Beach Resort, overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We searched a long time before settling on this wonderful complex located on Scenic Gulf Drive in the master-planned Seascape resort, just 6 miles east of downtown Destin. We've taken special care to furnish and appoint each room to provide a relaxing, comfortable retreat for our family and yours, and we'd love for you to come visit and enjoy our place in the sun.

• Sleeps up to 10, with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 double beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa.

11% tax in addition to rental rate.
Rates include cleaning prior to arrival and after departure.
Washer, dryer and bed and bath linens provided.
Daily Rates are available during select seasons, three night minimum.
Winter Monthly Rate - 2 Month Minimum
Rates are subject to change.

Rental Policies:
$300 Deposit required to hold reservation (plus 1st week's rent for monthly rentals) and secure against damage. Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after completion of rental, return of the keys to owner, and satisfactory inspection of unit.
Full payment required at least 45 days in advance of arrival date (90 days for monthly rentals).

Cancellations prior to full payment are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after full payment are subject to loss of entire rental amount, unless the unit is successfully re-rented for same dates and rental rate.

Maximum number of guests per unit: 10 people.

Must be 25 years of age to register.

No smoking; no pets.
